 PARSLEY, CLUVERIUS AND THOMAS JOIN HIRSCHLER FLEISCHER

Richmond, Virginia . . . J. Terry Parsley, James K. Cluverius and Janet Singletary Thomas have joined the law firm of Hirschler Fleischer as Principals in its Richmond office. Andrew M. Lohmann and Nathan McAdams Lord have joined the firm as Associates.

J. Terry Parsley is a member of the firm's business section. His practice areas include corporate and commercial law; mergers and acquisitions; construction law; and business reorganizations.

James K. Cluverius is a member of the firm's business section. His practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law; mergers and acquisitions; administrative law; commercial real estate; employment law; and trusts and estates.

Janet Singletary Thomas is also a member of the firm's business section. Her practice focuses on corporate and business planning and representation; mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional work; and trusts and estates.

Andrew M. Lohmann is an Associate in Hirschler Fleischer's business section. His practice areas include corporate law; commercial law; employment law; mergers and acquisitions; and real estate.

Nathan M. Lord is an Associate in the firm's business section. His practice areas include corporate law; business organization; commercial law; trusts and estates; civil litigation; and real estate.

Prior to joining Hirschler Fleischer, Messers. Parsley, Cluverius, Lohmann and Lord practiced in Richmond with the firm of Little, Parsley & Cluverius. Ms. Thomas previously practiced with Williams, Mullen, Clark & Dobbins.
