Alan G. Fleischer co-founded the Richmond-based law firm of Hirschler Fleischer with Edward S. Hirschler in 1946 and currently is of counsel to the firm. Alan has practiced general corporate and business law for over 50 years, concentrating in the areas of acquisitions and mergers, federal and state securities law, and commercial real estate transactions.
