Andy Sherrod is a member of the firm's Litigation section, where his practice encompasses a variety of civil and commercial matters in state and federal courts.

- Representation of investment firms in FINRA arbitration and mediation.
- Counsel clients and litigate cases regarding breach of contract and business tort claims.
- Counsel clients and litigate cases arising out of real estate transactions and the zoning/subdivision process.
- Counsel clients and litigate cases involving partnership disputes.
- Counsel clients and litigate cases involving trust and estate disputes.
- Representation of property owners in appeals of real estate tax assessments before local assessors, boards of equalization, and circuit courts.
- Counsel clients and litigate cases regarding employment disputes, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage issues.
- Counsel clients and litigate disputes regarding restrictive covenants, including non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Representation of insurers, employee benefit plans, and employers in defense of life, health, and disability insurance suits brought under ERISA and state law.
- Representation of insurers in contested interpleader actions in state and federal court, securing discharge from liability for competing claims and often securing attorney fees.
