Jeffrey P. Geiger - Attorney

 

Jeff Geiger is an associate in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Section, where his practice focuses on zoning and land use, as well as commercial real estate transactions. Jeff often counsels clients on regulations that may affect zoning such as traffic impact, access management and storm water. He negotiates and closes real estate sales, acquisitions and assemblages for commercial development, and counsels purchasers in all aspects of due diigence, including title review, environmental studies and surveys.

Relevant Experience:

  • Represents a national wireless carrier in regional telecommunications transactions, including ground leasing, tower leasing and zoning.
  • Represents a health care system in medical office leasing, zoning and development.
  • Negotiates and finalizes office, retail and commercial leases, including fractional or timeshare leases.
  • Counsels financial institutions and borrowers in commercial transactions. 
  • Represented a not-for-profit soccer club in rezoning and acquiring approximately 20 acres, plus an additional 11-acre expansion area, for an athletic complex.
