Michael P. Falzone - Attorney

 

Michael Falzone is a partner in the Litigation Section of the firm and a team leader in the firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group. He focuses principally on all aspects of bankruptcy law and creditors' and debtors' rights, as well as general commercial litigation. He has represented numerous constituencies in complex Chapter 11 cases and has extensive trial experience in federal and state court.

Relevant Experience:

  • Representation of debtors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 cases
  • Representation of secured and unsecured creditors, including lenders, vendors and landlords, in major Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases such as Movie Gallery, Circuit City, Smurfit-Stone, Qimonda and S&K Famous Brands
  • Representation of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court commercial litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level
  • FINRA arbitrator and mediator
  • Arbitrator and mediator for Prudential Securities class action settlement
