Sheila deLa Cruz is an attorney in the Litigation Section. Her primary practice areas are bankruptcy law, general commercial litigation, creditors' and debtors' rights, and business immigration. Before practicing law, Sheila worked as a television reporter for CBS 5 News in Syracuse, New York.
